Where is this Belial from: Milton's Paradise Lost and Purgatory and Paradise (With some filler from various demonology sources)

Despite the outward graces he can be cunning and cruel if provoked. He prefers discussion and diplomacy over violence or acts of aggression. It is extremely difficult to rouse him to physical or verbal confrontation. He prefers honesty but will, occasionally, lie to an specific ends. Some texts suggest that Belial was the first and most powerful archangel
Appearance: He wears all black, with black hair and oil slick colored wings. Belial is over 6 ft tall, broad shouldered and intimidating in physical presence. His wings are abnormally large for his height, rounded and vulture shaped. He does not fly fast but can soar infinitely. He is always accompanied by his black hawk-like companion, Nychta, who serves as his eyes. Belial is blind and his eyes are solid white.
Gender/Sexuality: Masculine and male in appearance. Asexual/aromatic but does make familial bonds and friendships.
Weapons and armor:
Belial does not wield physical weapons any longer, he once used a sword. His mind and mental abilities are his weapons.
